No. You can book any service directly with us. For specialist work we don’t do in-house — such as complex oral surgery — we’ll arrange the referral and walk the introduction through with you.
You don’t have to. Book a new-patient exam or consult and we’ll examine, explain what we see with photos, and give you a written plan and price. Nothing happens the same day without your say-so.
After an exam or consult, we give you a written estimate before any treatment begins — no surprises added at the desk.
