Shay opened Allo with a simple intention: build the kind of dental practice she'd want to visit herself. Calm, unhurried, and honest about what does and does not need doing.
She has spent fifteen years refining a conservative, unhurried approach, especially with patients who arrive nervous. Outside the clinic, she's usually found on a tennis court or chasing the city's best Persian food.
